Employee Apprenticeship Program
We are looking for Electricians and HVAC techs, however certification and experience is not necessary! With Stryker Electric and Air’s Apprenticeship program, we will pay for your tuition to attend school and get certified while you’re employed with us.
Available to both current and non-employees.
Requirements: Must pass drug test, have a GED, must have driver’s license and clean record.
Available to any current full-time employee who has been employed a minimum of one year.
If you’d like to advance your career and become eligible for other positions within our company, we offer a college reimbursement program for current employees to attend school and get a degree. The degree must be in one of the fields within the company.
Youth Apprenticeship Program
Available to High School students, 16 years of age or older.
Requirements: Must pass drug test, Must have driver’s license and clean record.
Details: Work full time during summer break to gain experience in the trade. Upon graduation of High School, if a position is available within our company, you will be considered first.
