About the Job
As a Dispatcher, you will maintain the service techs daily schedules and dispatch the techs as service calls are needed. You will schedule return trips with customers when parts are in, maintain an on-call schedule for techs and the customer database with current information.
This position is Full Time and reports to our office located in Palm City, Florida, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Starting Pay Range is $13.00 – $16.00 per hour, plus annual bonus and employee benefits valued at up to $5 per hour
We provide masks, gloves, and sanitizer daily.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch Service Techs, one call at a time
- Debrief call with Service Techs as they are completed and update database from each service ticket
- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as they are received
- Create work orders for all service calls, maintain the dispatch board and filing system
- Contact customers with “parts pending” status as parts are received for scheduling
- Notify the Service Manager of any under or overbooking situations
- Prepare paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts
- Tasks will include billing, data entry, composing quotes, answering phones, dispatching service technicians
Qualifications:
- Posses excellent computer skills including all Microsoft office products – Excel and Word
- Experience with Computer Ease accounting software a plus
- Excellent organization and customer service skills

About the Job
As a HVAC Technician, you will be spending your workday installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing various heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems that control the temperature and air quality in buildings and homes. You will be traveling and working in various settings, both residential and commercial.
This position is Full Time and reports to our office located in Palm City, Florida, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Starting Pay Range is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, plus annual bonus and employee benefits valued at up to $5 per hour
Masks, gloves, and sanitizer are provided daily.
Responsibilities:
- Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment
- Conducting maintenance checks
- Performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items
- Installing new equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Have performed AC change-outs and installations
Skills:
- Problem-Solving and Acute Troubleshooting Skills
- Awareness for safety at all times
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces or high up
- Soft Skills – professional, respectful, courtesy, customer service
Requirements:
Our only requirement is a clean and valid Driver License.
